We are seeking an RN with a minimum of 2 years clinical OB/GYN practice experience to support our physicians and perform nursing services for OB/GYN patients in a high volume office.  This individual will serve as the liaison between the physician and the patients and will be responsible for accurately and promptly implementing the physicians orders and exhibiting competent nursing skills.

The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills, empathy, patience and the ability to to quickly establish and maintain credibility and rapport wiith colleagues and patients. We seek an individual who possesses excellent verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to mentor.  Exposure to Greenway Electronic Medical Record or a similar system a plus.

Must hold a current Georgia RN license and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Billing & Coding Coordinator

This position is responsible for auditing clinic documentation, utilizing appropriate CPT and IDC-9 CM codes ensuring use of the correct level of service codes for charge posting, reviewing operative reports, labor & delivery reports, discharge summaries and prenatal records to prepare hospital billing for professional services.  Will also act as an expert resource for coding questions from physicians and staff.

 

We seek an articulate, focused and detail oriented individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy desk.  Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, be team oriented and be able to work with minimal supervision.  A minimum of 3 to 4 years of OB/GYN coding highly desirable with COBG or CPC certifications. Centricity experience a plus.

We are seeking a polished professional, either a new graduate or experienced in an OB/GYN practice to be responsible for seeing patients, taking labor and delivery calls, and assisting in C-Section surgeries.   Responsibilities also include ante and post partum care, maintaining accurate health records and clinical files, implementing physician orders, and relating assessments to physician concerning patient's condition or changes in condition.

The ideal candidates will hold a current Georgia RN license as well as a CNM license and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Fetal monitoring and neonatal ACLS highly desirable.

This position is responsible for reducing the accounts receivable and keeping the department current on account collections.  The Rep will also manage phone calls from patients, insurance companies and staff relating to A/R as well as investigate issues.   Also acts as liaison with the practices to request information relative to expediting payment on a patient's account.

We seek an articulate, cheerful, customer focused individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy desk.  Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, have a clear, friendly telephone manner, be team oriented and be able to work with minimal supervision.  A minimum of five years of insurance follow-up experience with CPAR/CPC certification and OB/GYN claims experience highly desirable.  Centricity or Millbrook system exposure a plus.

We are seeking an RN or LPN with a minimum of 2 years clinical OB/GYN practice experience to perform nursing triage service for OB/GYN patients over the phone. This individual will serve as the primary contact for medical care to phone-in patients. The Triage Nurse will be responsible for completing an accurate assessment of a patient's needs, be able to identify symptoms, determine emergencies and determine if physician referrals are required.

The ideal candidate will have superb customer service skills, empathy, patience and the ability to reassure and calm concerned callers.
